Served at a spectacular wedding at the Castello di Vincigliata in Fiesole, this breathtaking cake featured a mix of over 300 intricate sugar flowers – unwired and completely edible.
Each tier was delicatly piped and brush embroidered in royal icing.
The inside was a Vanilla and Raspberry Mousse Cake.
As the bride and groom cut into the cake a gorgeous display of fireworks went off illuminating the city of Florence in the background.
