The inspiration for this cake came from the couture inspired raw silk finish on the fondant and hand piped beading. Timelessly elegant, there’s no other word for this design, except pretty.

Piped pearls dropping down in strands, wrapping themselves around the tiers, remind every woman that we were all little girls who loved to dress up in our mothers pearls.

On the top of the cake was a lavish sugar peony in blush pink.

Inside the cake, was dark chocolate fudge with bitter chocolate ganache, and chocolate mousse.
