Not every celebration calls for a large bespoke cake. These cakes suit the celebrations that don’t need three tiers. A fortieth birthday dinner, a christening lunch, an anniversary at home, an engagement with close family.

The Celebration Collection was created for those intimate moments when you still want something extraordinary.

These are the cakes for celebrations that don’t need three tiers. A fortieth birthday dinner, a christening lunch for close family, an anniversary at home, an engagement announced over dessert. Each design in this collection has already been made and photographed, so you can see exactly what you’re choosing rather than imagining it from a sketch.

Each cake is a signature design developed by our studio, combining the artistry, detail and craftsmanship of our larger creations in a more intimate format. The designs are created in advance, allowing us to offer them at a set price and with a simpler ordering process.

From an elegant birthday cake in Florence to an anniversary, graduation, baptism, communion, engagement, elopement or intimate wedding, these cakes are designed to make the occasion feel wonderfully special.

Cake Sizes

Every design comes in two sizes. The smaller  15 cm serves twelve, which suits a dinner table or a family lunch. The larger 20 cm serves twenty-four, enough for a drinks reception or a party where the cake is passed around rather than plated. Both are single tier, and both are finished by hand in the same way as my larger commissions.

Beautiful Details for the Celebration

Alongside the cakes I make hand-decorated sugar cookies and cake pops, and unlike the collection cakes these are designed around you. Colours, florals and details are all yours to choose, and the cake pops can be made in any colour. Both come in minimum orders of twelve. The sculptural pieces, like the David bust shown here in white chocolate, can also be made in dark or milk chocolate.

Collection from Florence

These cakes are collected exclusivly from my laboratory at Via Romana 98 Red, in Florence. Collection only, which is part of what makes them possible at this price. If you need a cake delivered, that’s a bespoke commission, starting at €1,250.

Delivery is not available for cakes from this collection.
