This 4 Teir Round Wedding cake is inspired by the woods of Chianti. I wanted to give the cake an almost magical midsummer nights dream feel. That feeling you get when you are standing in the Chianti Forest surrounded by wild mushrooms, flowers, and something miraculous in the air. Tiers are enrobed in linen embossed fondant, and embellished with vibrant sugar flowers and rustic painted copper sugar ribbons. Orange Chiffon Cake with Pistachio Mousse.
